The Company’s Founding History

The origins of Orion.Group trace back to 1991, when its current Chairman of the Board, Vasyl Ivanovich Karban, was serving as Deputy Chief Engineer at the Agrotechnological Food Industry association in Kyiv, which provided services to breweries.

Following the collapse of the USSR, a group of like-minded professionals from the association continued their work independently. As demand grew, it became clear that there was a need to establish a separate company. From the beginning, the cornerstone of this new organization was a commitment to quality service—a principle that remains unchanged to this day.
Over the years, Orion.Group has evolved from a small service team of 15 people into a leading company specializing in installation work.

Who are we today

Orion.Group is a leading manufacturer of vessels serving the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and various other industries. We operate both in the Ukrainian and international markets, delivering comprehensive turnkey engineering solutions. Today, our team includes 300 highly skilled specialists—fitters, insulators, engineers, electricians—and around 100 additional experts on reserve.
